This eight-session EcoSattva Training, created by One Earth Sangha and facilitated by Rebecca Bradshaw, will take place in-person/hybrid at Insight Western Massachusetts. It will be a journey of brave and tender engagement with our social and ecological reality. As we’re guided inward by radical Dharma wisdom and justice-informed analysis of our polycrisis, in concert with our community of mindfulness practitioners, we can discover insights that open up emergent ways of being and clarify our calling. From this aligned place, dormant energy and exciting possibilities are freed to be unlocked. We can find the resilience, courage, and conviction to our chosen path of becoming a caring and engaged planetary citizen. More information about the program can be found at (include link at one earth)
Participants will engage with videos and guided meditations during the week and come to class prepared to discuss reflection questions related to the material.
To foster local community, four sessions will take place in-person/hybrid, and four sessions online. Local participants are encouraged to register and attend in person. A limited number of online slots will be made available.
In-person/hybrid: January 5, January 19, February 2, March 2
